Contact Labs wanted to showcase its range of marketing services on a new website with a simple, satisfying user experience.
Each service page needed to explain the company’s value proposition using the straight-talking brand voice that customers had come to love. But because some of the new services on offer were technically complex, previous attempts had been long-winded and full of inaccessible jargon.
I worked with the owner to understand everything from Contact Labs’ customers to what sets the company apart from its competitors. The resulting copy was clear and compelling, positioning each service as a no-brainer rather than a complicated luxury.
