When manufacturer British Gypsum embarked on a new website, it needed hundreds of fresh product pages to match its updated brand voice.
The old pages lacked clear user benefits and were full of unnecessary technical information that distracted from the message. In contrast, the new ones had to be compelling but concise. After defining the tone of voice for each audience, I rewrote the product pages so that the advantages were immediately clear to busy professionals looking to specify construction products.
I worked with British Gypsum’s marketing team to create plenty of other content and communications too, including Google Ads campaigns, press releases, social media posts, research-based articles, infographics, and automated email flows. Take a look at some of my work below.
